Complete the Return Form
Locate the returns note included in your original shipment and clearly mark the items you wish to return and your reason for doing so.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments, including all original designer tags and branded packaging, into a protective mailing bag or box.
Affix the Shipping Label
Attach the provided pre-paid returns label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to your nearest authorized courier point and retain your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
